As I’ve been getting back on track with consistent BrainEv practice, I feel like I’ve been getting re-acclimated to the brainwaves after not using them much for a week or two. Although I’m not reaching the amazing states that I was in Days 12-14, I’m experiencing deep relaxation and some interesting effects (on Day 17, my sense of time was way off- I felt like I had been under for 30min+ when really I was only 15min in!)
Based on my experiences thus far, I’d say that BrainEv definitely works best when you’re using it regularly- as close to daily as possible. When I’m regularly practicing with it, I notice that I have better emotional control of myself, need less sleep, and have very vivid dreams- three effects that all sound pretty beneficial to me.
As I continue with the final half of Level 2, I’ll continue building a solid foundation from which Level 3 can start exploring, and also hopefully get some of the more interesting/unique experiences that I’ve gotten a peek at like sleep paralysis and lucid dreaming.
